I have been painting and illustrating professionally for more than 30 years, and my original paintings are where you can see my way of working at its most detailed.

 

Some pieces take well over 100 hours to create, from the first sketches and research through to the many layers of colour and tiny details, often painted with brushes as fine as 0000.

Whether I'm painting an imaginary world, a much-loved story or something inspired by the natural world, each original is created individually and exists as a single, one-of-a-kind work.
