Returns

This Returns Policy explains how Miranda Holland (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns and refunds for products purchased through our website.

 

We hope you love your artwork. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order under the terms below.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of that notification.

Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to be delighted with your artwork. As each piece is created with care, the following policy applies to all orders.

 

 

We hope you love your artwork. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order under the terms below.

 

 

Returns

 

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging (where possible)

  • Items must not be damaged, marked, or altered.

  • Items must be unused and undamaged

 

Customers may inspect items as they would in a gallery or shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

 

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item is returned in a diminished condition.

How to Request a Return

 

Please email miranda@mirandaholland.com within 14 days of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

 

We will provide return instructions.

Return Costs

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

​

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

​Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

 

We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Artwork & Colour Variations

​

​Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. These variations are not considered faults.

As artwork can vary slightly in colour depending on screen settings, minor variations are not considered faults.
